1. PROJECT PLANNER

Job Description

  1. Assist the project manager in tracking, management & co-ordination to ensure project time line is met.
  2. To lead and liase with client, consultant requirement is met by co-ordinating the task internally.
  3. Develop reports and other deliver able as assigned by the project manager
  4. To assist project manager to meet project target

Requirements

  1. Degree in civil / building management
  2. Min 3 years experience in Construction industry
  3. Computer literate and able to communicate in English

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description

  1. To assist carrying out pre-contract and post contract activities
  2. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims
  3. Coordinate with contractor and site personnel
  4. To evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractor
  5. Preparations of monthly site valuation
  6. Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit

Requirement:

  1. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
  2. Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry
  3. Positive attitude and resourceful, able to work independently and diligently
  4. Strong communication and inter-personal skills

3. SAFETY OFFICER

  1. Plan, implement and manage the safety system to ensure compliance
  2. Responsible for recording and reporting any safety and loss prevention, plans, individual fire, security procedures and accident reports
  3. Plans and promotes safety awareness program amongst all personnel
  4. Conduct periodic safety meetings and audits to ensure compliance of HSR requirements

Requirements:

  1. Registered as a certified Safety Officer with DOSH(with green book)
  2. At least 2 years working experience, preferably in a construction/ manufacturing environment
  3. Computer literate and able to communicate in English

4. ADMIN CLERK (based Pinang, Sentul & USJ, Selangor)

Job Description :

  1. Provide administrative, clerical services and office support activities in order to ensure
  2. To ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation and filling to support all admin effective and efficient and accounting entries.

Requirement:

  1. Min SPM
  2. Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  3. Computer literate
